"Hello, I am on full Disability. I also take care of my 87yr old Mama who lives with me and U also have custody of and am raising my Grandson he's 11yrs old. This year has been very rough financially. Keeping up with Rent Utilities, Groceries etc. The money will be used to help catch up on some Utilities bills to keep them from turning anything off as we have gotten several disconnect notices. Thank you and I am so appreciative and Grateful.
"I only receive Social Security which is hardly enough to pay my bills. I struggle each month to survive, and at my age, I tire very easily. Life is difficult for me these days, to say the least, but I will not burden anyone with further details.

"Lately we have been seeking help from anywhere we can get it. Some places simply cannot help. Others have waitlists or their funds have run out. I know we cannot keep living off of my credit cards but options for us are very limited these days. Our debt keeps piling up each month. Living on a fixed income is not working for us anymore, something has got to change. However, at least for the near future, the resources and help provided by EDL have given us hope to make it through another couple of months."
